INSPECTIONS & CONSULTING

Joe Chapman has been performing underwater inspections for over 8 years and has extensive knowledge of coastal and marine structures. His experience with the construction, repair, and operation of marine structures allows us to locate, identify and document deficiencies, thereby determining the structure's overall condition. We perform thorough,  accurate inspections, followed by full reports and realtime HD video.

ENVIRONMENTAL

As South Florida natives we feel connected to our local aquatic environment and want to be a champion of it. Joe Chapman has been involved in a number of environmentally sensitive projects, including ship grounding sites, beach renourishments, salvage and artificial reef construction. He has also performed turbidity monitoring for these types of projects, ensuring that they are within the permitted requirements. Joe Chapman was also employed in the construction of a 10+ acre artificial reef for a major port in south Florida.

CONSTRUCTION

Culverts, bridges, docks, and piers are just a few examples of the structures we are able to work on. Joe Chapman has performed underwater repairs on power plants, bridges, seawalls, bulkheads, boat locks and other marine structures.
